Isaiah has nominated his tutor Hannah as a top tutor because he wanted to say a massive thank you to her for all of the work that she has put into their tutorials.
Isaiah said: “I would just like to say I am grateful for the time and effort you have put into every tutorial. Thank you for enhancing my understanding of Economics.”
Isaiah considers the interest and knowledge that Hannah displays at every tutorial as one of the main reasons for the “immense progress” he has made this year. He said that he “would never have thought that I would be targeting for a high B, even reaching for an A, by the end of the year”.
Hannah has been a great tutor, raising Isaiah’s confidence as well as his grades to levels which he never thought was possible.
She was part of the first generation in her family to attend university — she attended a great state school which offered her the support and the teaching that she needed.
Hannah said: “I am so pleased that I can now offer this same support and advice to students from similar backgrounds and I get a real buzz seeing the progress my tutee makes every week as they grow in confidence.”
