Owain Mulligan

Owain studied Modern History at Oxford University. He is a captain in the British Army, serving in Afghanistan as a linguist mentoring Afghan forces, and providing cultural advice to UK commanders.

As a failed teacher, he has enormous respect for those who are trying to make young people’s lives better.
