It is empowering to work at an organisation where I feel I can be my authentic self. The work that we do seeks to deconstruct institutional and societal barriers, and this is reinforced by the increasingly inclusive nature of the organisation.

Why work here

Our UAO Adam with his students on the Oxford University trip

People who work at The Access Project are motivated by wanting to create a fairer society. We value every individual who works here. We all play an active part in achieving the mission to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds to access top universities.

At The Access Project, we’re collaborative, supportive and inclusive. We regularly have opportunities for people to share their ideas in various working groups, generating strong teamwork across the organisation. In our last staff engagement survey, 90% said they’re proud to tell people where they work.

Our people strategy vision is to enable and inspire all employees to achieve, grow, succeed and thrive. We have a wide range of benefits that make The Access Project a rewarding place to work. We are a Living Wage Employer because we believe that our colleagues deserve a wage which meets everyday needs, and we offer a London Weighting Allowance for roles based in London.
