In response to the report ‘Pathways For Potential’ published today by The Russell Group, which is their action plan for transforming opportunities for disadvantaged students, The Access Project’s CEO Nathan Sansom said:

“I was delighted to contribute on behalf of The Access Project to the Russell Group’s timely new report, ‘Pathways for Potential’. Now more than ever, we need a renewed commitment from the country’s top universities to play their part in transforming opportunities for disadvantaged students.

This ambition must be matched by a regulatory system that encourages robust evaluation, cross-sector collaboration and earlier intervention to widen the pool of applicants. The Access Project looks forward to working with the Russell Group and others on this shared endeavour”
