Siobhan, programme coordinator at Lilian Baylis Technology School, has nominated Claire as the school’s top tutor.
Claire has been matched with Confidence since the start of her GCSE’s in Year 10 and has tutored her throughout these crucial years — dedicating 54 hours to helping Confidence realise her potential. At the time of writing, Confidence is about to sit her Maths GCSE exam and she she wanted to thank Claire for her patience, hard work and for caring about her progress.
Confidence also nominated Claire as a Top Tutor, saying: “She teaches until I understand, no matter how long it takes. She is always patient! We also have hot chocolate to start the tutorial”.
Claire is a prime example of how dedication, patience and warmth (alongside a mug of hot chocolate) can really help grades improve!
