The Access Project is delighted to present its strategy for the next four years: Achieving Impact at Scale 2022 to 2026.

The strategy builds on our highly impactful work and will help reach more young people, in more geographies, in the years to come. In particular, it will help to lay the foundations for greater impact in future years, enabling even more young people to reach their potential.

To meet the ever-increasing need, in these challenging times, we have ambitious plans to grow by another 35% and reach almost 2,500 young people by 2026. This means working with an additional four new schools, each year, over the next four years.

We will also need to grow our volunteer force to deliver and will be calling upon new investors, donors and partners to support us financially, as our plans call for £14m.

Nathan Sansom, Chief Executive said: ‘The young people we work with face incredibly challenging times and the hard truth is that the access gap to top universities is growing. Our strategy aims to meet the needs of even more talented young people who currently can’t access the opportunities to reach their potential. We look forward to working with new partners to deliver the strategy over the coming years.’
